(VCSY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with TecSec, Incorporated (TecSec) to market TecSec’s CKM® or Constructive Key Management® products, a standards-based and patented key management encryption system. Under the agreement, VCSY may offer CKM products in a bundled solution with the products marketed by VCSY and its subsidiaries, including emPath® (HRMS), SiteFlash, StatePointPlus, and ImmuneApp.
TecSec’s technology is particularly suited to emPath®. With this agreement, Now Solutions, Inc., a Company’s subsidiary, will be able to offer the proprietary CKM® encryption system as a complementary module for its emPath software solution to its customers. CKM® products will protect thru encryption confidential employee information stored on databases and files, whether stored on a hard drive or transmitted via email, which will only be accessed by the intended audiences. CKM® technology permits assured privacy and efficiently resolves information access rights while protecting content.
